2000 | g | Squash medium-sized |
500 | g | Minced beef |

To prepare the Stuffed Zucchini (Kolokithakia Yemista) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squash is being eroded with a spoon.
Mix the minced meat with onion, rice, parsley, salt and pepper mix.
