Cut an incision lengthwise in the tenderloin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute the liver and onions in a little of the fat in pressure pan. Advantage of the mixture in the loin and reassemble the flesh thereon. Sewing with cotton yarn or close with kødnåle. Brown the tenderloin on all sides in the rest of the fat in pressure pan. Pour the soup (the broth or water) and shut off the pressure pot. Bring it on tap. Pork Tenderloin in 10 min. Take pressure of the Pan, quickly or slowly and take the tenderloin up. Pour the cream in, bring the cloud to a boil and smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Free the tenderloin for kødnåle or cotton cord, cut into neat slices. Server the sauce together with boiled potatoes and a good mixed salad.
