Instructions for Stuffed peppers with rice
To prepare the Stuffed peppers with rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peppers are cooked in 2 min., after which they shared on along and frøstolene are removed. Cook the rice as indicated on the packaging and drainage in a sieve. Chop the onion and garlic, Sun-dried tomatoes into strips and cut the mushrooms into slices. Saute the vegetables in the oil in a frying pan for approx. 5 min. Add the rice and heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Favor filling in the halved peppers and put them in a greased ovenproof dish. The rest of the filling is distributed in the bottom of the dish. Advantage over the peppers and cheese cakes them at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
