Instructions for Struer Steak
To prepare the Struer Steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
the potatoes be turned into mashed potatoes. Onion cut into slices and FRY to blødeløg. The meat is divided into 4 large patties, which fry when they are fried, add extra fat (gravy) the peas should have a rapid heating. Serve on 4 plates put steak on top of the kartoffelmosen and the blødeløg on top of the steak. Garnish with peas around the kartoffelmosen and finally pour the fat over the onions.
