To prepare the Strudsesauté recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the onions in butter and turn into mushrooms. Take off the forehead. Brown the meat well on the forehead and season with salt and pepper. The meat is taken off the forehead.
Pour onions and mushrooms on the forehead, add white wine and boil the mixture to half at low heat. Add cream and Madagascar pepper (add 1 teaspoon and taste carefully). The sauce is heated until it creams. Add pineapple and whole grapes.
Bring the meat to the sauce and gently heat it through.
Served with saffronris and flutes.
