150 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Whole milk |
50 | g | Sugar |
500 | g | Strawberries, fresh |
Instructions for Strawberry tart as at the bakery
To prepare the Strawberry tart as at the bakery recipe, please follow these instructions:
Break into pieces in the flour, the sugar, add the butter and dough are assembled with light hand. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a cool place (not the refrigerator).
