To prepare the Strawberry Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the strawberries, let them drain and stem of arrow.
Blend 100 g. of strawberries with the hand blender.
Portion 100 g of strawberries in the neighborhood.
Whip the cream stiff with vanilla sugar and glucose. Take a quarter of cream foam and mix it with Strawberry puree. Butter this out on a bed.

Tips:
Place any sun-ripened strawberries, since taste is better than if using frozen strawberries.
