Instructions for Stir with minced beef
To prepare the Stir with minced beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Arrow the bulbs. Cut the pears into thick rings (use half of the green). Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
Begin to brown the meat in the hot oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper before sprinkling the flour and mix well with the meat.
Stir together water and tomato pours and stir in browned meat. Add laurel leaves, onion, leeks and carrots and let the dish boil. Put on the lid and simmer for 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the dish together with mashed potatoes.
