Stir the yeast into the hand warm milk. Sift flour and salt, stir in the yeast and knead the dough, which is pretty soft. Put it in a greased Bowl, cover with oiled cling film and leave the draw warm for 2 hours. Knead the dough on a melstrøget Board and roll it thick.
