25 | g | Softened butter or margarine |
350 | g | Fresh bælgede peas |
350 | g | New carrots cut into small cubes |
6 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Stewed peas and carrots
To prepare the Stewed peas and carrots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the vegetables in velsaltet water, about 10 minutes.
Tube fat and flour together. Stir in butter bun in the vegetables and stir until it is dissolved.
Add the chopped parsley, save a little for garnish. Cook the completion of 5 minutes. Season with salt. Sprinkle parsley over.
Server completion with new potatoes.
Tips:
There can be served the meatballs, kribinetter, breakfast sausage, hams or ham to this right.
