1000 | g | Roast pork |

5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Stegt Flæsk (The Best)
To prepare the Stegt Flæsk (The Best) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The soy is poured into a large bowl and the 4 cloves of garlic are also crushed and salt and pepper added. Then the pork comes in and it all blends well together. Let it marinate from 20 minutes to a whole day (depending on how much time you have the better the better!)
The pork is spread on a grate with a plate underneath and placed in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven often turn them around and keep an eye out for how much they need to be according to the oven, but approx. 40min should be considered.
Sovs: The butter is melted in a saucepan at low heat
And add the flour, whisk thoroughly (preferably make up almost a lot). The milk is added gradually while still stirring. When the sauce has the desired consistency add chopped parsley, salt, pepper and about a teaspoon of nutmeg.
The dish is done, served with boiled potatoes.
