3dlFish stock (possibly 2/3 cube and 3 dl water)
600gTurbot fillet

To prepare the Steamed pork with dill sauce and tomato pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turf and dill sauce: Pour white wine and fish fund into a pan and steam the turmeric fillets, seasoned with salt and pepper for approx. 3-4 min. The fish is taken up and the layer is added 1 dl cream and cooked to a creamy consistency. Finally add the dill.

Tomato compot: Onion and garlic are sautéed on a pan in a little oil and the chopped tomatoes are added and lunes short. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the dish with new potatoes and green asparagus.
