Grill oil
Potatoes in optional quantity
Pepper
Salt
1tbspBalsamic-vinegar or other mild vinegar
1tbspHoney
1tbspOil for brushing
1dlRed wine
2Red onion
4Steaks (a) ca. 150 g

Instructions for Steak with red onions

To prepare the Steak with red onions recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wedges:
Peel the potatoes, cut them in both. Turn them with oil and place them in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25 min.

Red onion compote:
Screw the onions and cut them into slices. Put the onion slices in a saucepan and add vinegar and red wine. Allow to boil with low heat for the liquid to boil. Stir in honey and season with salt and pepper.
