Ingredients for Steak with red onions

1 | tbsp | Balsamic-vinegar or other mild vinegar |
1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tbsp | Oil for brushing |
1 | dl | Red wine |
2 | Red onion | |
4 | Steaks (a) ca. 150 g |
Instructions for Steak with red onions
To prepare the Steak with red onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wedges:
Peel the potatoes, cut them in both. Turn them with oil and place them in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 25 min.
Red onion compote:
Screw the onions and cut them into slices. Put the onion slices in a saucepan and add vinegar and red wine. Allow to boil with low heat for the liquid to boil. Stir in honey and season with salt and pepper.
Steaks:
Brush the steaks with barbecue oil and spice them with salt and pepper. Step them for 2-3 min. On each side of a barbecue pan or frying pan. Serve the steaks with a red onions and roasted potato boats
