To prepare the Steak wellington with minced beef recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Arrow onion and garlic. Peel potato and carrot and brush the mushrooms. Cut the celery stalk, mushrooms and other vegetables into roughly equal cubes. Bring it all in a large sauté pan and put it on low to even heat with a little olive oil.
Nip the rosemary needles of the stems, discard the stems, chop the needles nicely and put them in the forehead. Swallow it all while stirring for about 8 minutes or until they are soft and have a little color. Add the frozen peas and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour the vegetable mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool completely.
