Heat a pan with the oil. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry as needed.
Cut a small cross into each tomato and take some of the food out. Fill with chopped parsley and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes
