Ingredients for Steak Lindstrøm

4 | tbsp | Beetroot, pickled |
5 | dl | Cooking water from potatoes |
600 | g | Green peas. frozen |
600 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
Instructions for Steak Lindstrøm
To prepare the Steak Lindstrøm recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the onions until they are clear and soft, cool.
Sprinkle the chopped meat together with finely chopped onion, capers, coarsely chopped, pickled beetroot, egg yolk and spices. Use your fingers.
The potatoes are cut into slices and brashed on a pan.
Form the meat to thick chopped steaks, spoon a few minutes on each side in browned butter. Perhaps longer if they have to be passed.
Boil the pan with 5 dl of boiling water from the potatoes, season with whipped cream and give it a little flavor. Season with spices.
Serve it to the steaks with braised potatoes and green herbs.
