Ingredients for Squash vinaigrette

0.75dlLight wine vinegar
0.75dlDry sherry or vermouth
1.25dlOlive oil
2tbspMinced parsley
3tbspChopped green bell pepper
3tbspChopped sweet pickles
3tbspCut chives
4Small medium-sized yellow squash

Instructions for Squash vinaigrette

To prepare the Squash vinaigrette recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the wine with oil, vinegar and all the herbs and peberfrugten. Average squashene lengthwise into thin strips. Boil them for a low heat in a little water in 4 minutes, until tender but still crisp. Let them drain well in a sieve and Pat them dry in paper towel.

Put strips in a shallow Bowl, pour the marinade over and style the Bowl covered in refrigerator overnight. Island marinade over squashene once in a while.

Served cold.
