Instructions for Squash and tomato rim
To prepare the Squash and tomato rim recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook in tomato juice and agar-agar keep it hot throughout the process. Add lemon juice, onion and basil and mix it well.
Tires the bottom of a greased rim shape with a 1 cm thick layer of agar-agar juice. Set the rim in the fridge, to the layer is solidified. Then put a layer of thin zucchini slices on top, pour a ca. 1 cm. thick layer of agar-agar juice over, and style form cold again.
When this layer is solidified, mix the rest of the vegetables with the rest of the juice, and it all poured into the rim shape. The rim is made for cooling and flips out on a platter when it is completely set. Squash brink can be served with a fill of cottage cheese, sprinkled with paprika.
