0.5tsp¼ teaspoon cinnamon or. ground cloves
100gCaramel sauce
125gCrushed cookies/biscuits
20gChopped roasted hazelnuts
20gChopped walnuts
4Scoops carte d'or vanilla (100 g/200 ml)
400gPeeled cooking apples without kernels sliced and diced
50gLight brown sugar
50gButter

how to do it
1. Sauté the apples in butter, sugar and cinnamon in a large frying pan over medium heat for approx. 15 minutes until the apples are soft.
2. Mix biscuits / biscuits and chopped nuts.
3. Warm the caramel sauce in a small pan or in the microwave for 1 minute.
4. Distribute the apple mixture into 4 serving bowls or ramekines.
5. Sprinkle the biscuit / biscuit mixture.
6. Put 1 spoon of Carte d'Or Vanilla on top of the biscuit / biscuit mix.
7. Pour the hot caramel sauce over and serve.
