100 | g | Sugar peas |
250 | g | Green asparagus |
3 | tbsp | Aromatic vinegar |
300 | g | Fresh peas in pods or 100 g løsfrosne peas |
5 | Finely chopped mint leaves |
Instructions for Spring salad
To prepare the Spring salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peas are cured. Sugar peas are rinsed and cut into 2 cm long strips. The wooded portion of asparagus is crushed and the asparagus is cut into 2 cm long pieces.
Asparagus boil in salted water for 30 seconds, then add the frozen peas with the sugar peas. Vegetables are taken up and rinsed under cold water.
Make a marinade of vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mint and oil. Turn the vegetables in.
