Instructions for Spinach Rolls
To prepare the Spinach Rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Luke water and whole milk are mixed in a large bowl. Yeast, sugar, salt, muskat and the thawed spinach are removed.
Stir the flour for a little while. There is so much flour that the dough will release the edges of the bowl. It is important that there is not too much flour in the dough. The dough must be able to be stirred with a saucepan.
The surface of the dough is sprinkled with a little flour and the dish is covered with a cloth. The dough must now raise to double size approx. 1½ hours at room temperature.
Pour the air out of the dough with a saucepan. If the dough is sticky, add more flour.
With a spoon put a suitable portion of dough on a plate of baking paper. The balls should be large and not necessarily well-formed. The balls add to double size approx. ½ hour.
Bake in a 225 ° C alm. Oven for 20-25 minutes.
