375gDeep frozen spinach, chopped

Instructions for Spinach roll

To prepare the Spinach roll recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pasta: Preparation on the table: Put the flour in a pile on the table. Sprinkle some salt and 1 tsp spaghettimix over. Make a depression in the flour and pour the eggs into the recess. Add the olive oil and knead the dough well until it is smooth and firm. Let the dough rest in the fridge in 30-60 minutes. Preparation in food processor: getting all the ingredients in a food processor. Do not touch more than 2-3 minutes. Roll the dough out on a floured board. The dough should not be more than 11/2 mm thick (ca. 60x45 cm) fill: Thaw the spinach up and stuff as much water out as possible. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and stir for the filling will be evenly. Save a little of the cheese for gratinating. Wide filling out on the rolled pastadej. Roll out dough as a roulade and place it on a baking sheet with wax paper. Form rouladen to a ring and cut some notches in the batter with a pair of scissors. Aluminum foil over the rouladen came and gratinér in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining cheese over. Gratinér in further 20-30 minutes. Can also gratineres in serving pieces.
