Instructions for Spicy fishpans
To prepare the Spicy fishpans recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whole fish portions are seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon. Let it pull a little. Chop onions and garlic, season them with carrots. The herbs are chopped and brought in. Let it spin with capers and tomatoes. Cut the halibut into smaller pieces and steam them for approx. 10 min. Add olives and prawns. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice and coarse bread.
