Instructions for Spice steak with fried potatoes
To prepare the Spice steak with fried potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the meat with chopped parsley (2 tablespoons) and chopped thyme (2 tablespoons).
2 - 4 steaks are formed, which are browned on the forehead with a little good oil. After this, stacks of stews are packed in foil and placed in oven at 160 gr. 30 min.

Tomatoes are put in a refractory dish with a little oil and baked steaks in the oven until the tomatoes start to "color"
Sauce -
Sky from steaks and tomatoes pour into a pan and add approx. 2 dl. Red wine. Give a light stirring and add 1 spoon. butter.
Let the sauce boil to the appropriate and desirable consistency. Add chopped thyme to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
