To prepare the Spanish Omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs beaten. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for a few minutes (Golden and soft). Add the peppers. FRY until soft (about two minutes).
Add the butter and pour the egg mixture on. Add the meat. FRY until it is only very little liquid.
Fold omeletten, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Tips:
If you want the peppers crispy, they must instead be added at the same time with the egg mixture.
Serve with roasted tomatoes and possibly coarse bread.
