Instructions for Spanish Omelette
To prepare the Spanish Omelette recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop potatoes coarsely and boil them in max. 5 min. Beat the eggs into a bowl and whisk them hard together with milk, salt and pepper. Chop the onion finely and add the egg mixture. Rose then chicken meat until it is golden brown. Pour the potatoes into a heat-proof platter, favor them even. Then come you chicken meat on and eventually you pour egg mixture over.
Set it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. And behind it in 15 min. Sprinkle the cheese over and give enddu 5 min.
