Freshly ground black pepper
Freshly grated parmesan
The needles of a handful of coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
Sea salt
Olive oil
1Handful of fresh basil
1canHK. tomatoes (no added flavor)
1Large finely chopped onion
1tspDried oregano
1.5dlRed wine (a large glass)
10slicesPancetta or bacon, diced
200gTomato paste or 1 small glass of finely chopped, Sun-dried tomatoes
3cloveFinely chopped garlic
500gHK. beef (max. 14%)
500gDried spaghetti

Instructions for Spaghetti Bolognaise - of a kind

To prepare the Spaghetti Bolognaise - of a kind recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. hot air. Use a large pot that can go in the oven.

Sauté pancetta / bacon and rosemary golden in a little olive oil in the very hot pot. Add the onions and garlic and continue for 3 minutes until it is soft.

Turn the beef in and brown it. When the beef is browned, the red wine is poured in. The red wine must boil slightly after which the oregano, the hp. Tomatoes and tomato puree are added.

Put the pot in a boil, season with salt, pepper oregano and possibly. thyme. When the bologna ice cream boil, cover the pan with baking paper or a lid and place in the oven for 1½ hours.

Cook the spaghetti after the instructions on the package in plenty of water added salt when the bologna ice cream is about to finish.
Dip it off in a door layer.
Turn fresh basil leaves into the bologna ice cream just before serving, spaghetti and parmesan sprouts. One can serve a good green salad with the spaghetti.
