To prepare the Spaghetti alla carbonara - the right one recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the bacon slices in a cold pan and raise them - first 2 min. By high heat and then by steady heat until they are golden and crisp. Let the bacon drop on a piece of paper roll and then split the crispy bacon into smaller pieces. Wipe off. Bring cream, salt and pepper to the pan and bring to a boil. Mix the eggs and 50 g of cheese together in a bowl.
Bring while adding salt to boil in a large thickened pot. Cook spaghetti 8-10 min. Until it's tender without being soft. Let the spaghetti dripping into a door slice and then put it back into the pan. First, turn the hot cream and then bacon and egg-cheese mixture into the spaghetti. Taste and serve immediately with the rest of the cheese.
