Instructions for Snysk 02
To prepare the Snysk 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potatoes scraped and cut into slices carrots, scraped and sliced Peas bælges. Got a bit of butter in the bottom of a saucepan and pour the milk in. Pod the peas. Getting potatoes and carrots in the milk and cook until the vegetables are suitable to tender (a matter of taste). Add the peas to the end and let them boil briefly. Chop the parsley in at the very end and serve as a soup into tureen (soup bowls) with very thinly sliced sausage, ham on a side plate.
Tips:
It is the østsønderjyske recipe on snysk. The Court, which elsewhere is known as snysk, is called in for "stamp" (see this recipe). It's just that stamp a distinctly forsommerret, for potatoes and other vegetables must be very new.
