2½ | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Butter |
50 | g | Butter, diced |
500 | g | Smoked tuna into strips |

To prepare the Smoked tuna with garlic mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the peeled potatoes in large pieces and put them in a pan together with the crushed garlic, boil them in water that just covers, without salt.
Give milk and butter a boil, pour the water from the potatoes and garlic and season them with the warm milk, taste with salt and pepper.
Take a thickened pot and cook balsamic vinegar and honey to half, whip the cold butter in vinegar.
Serve the 4-pot mashed potatoes, spread the sliced smoked tuna on the mashed potatoes and pour the sauce over.
