Whip egg with cream fraiche, salt and pepper. Heat some oil into a thickened pan and add the onions until golden, pour the egg together with the shredded tuna, sprinkle with grated cheese at last. Let the eggcake be golden at the bottom, then put the pan in a 180 degree hot oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Serve it very warmly.
The tomatoes are cut into slices, put in a dish and sprinkle with chives and onions. Spiced with balsamic vinegar.
