Instructions for Smoked cod
To prepare the Smoked cod recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish is spread over four plates. The eggs are cut into coarse pieces and placed on the center of the fish.
Smoked cheese, milk, dijonnaise, chopped garlic and crushed pickled garlic are stirred together and seasoned with salt and pepper.
The mixture is spread over the eggs and the black olives are added. Finely chili and spring onions and crushed pepper are sprinkled and served immediately.
tips:
Never heard of Dijonaise, so I used mayonnaise and strong mustard and raw garlic instead of marinated ...
