Instructions for Skumæg
To prepare the Skumæg recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg is divided into egg white and plum. The egg whites are salted slightly and whipped to solid foam.
The grease is heated in the forehead and half the foam is applied. A small hole is made in the middle of the flower, and the whole is covered with the other part of the foam.
When the base is bright, turn it all gently and brown on the other side. Foam must be almost raw inside.
A little chopped ham or the like in the foam tastes good.
