To prepare the Skinkzchnitzler with potato pancake cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Potato Pancake:
Peel the potatoes and carrot. Tear them on the rough side of the grater. Clean as much as possible with your hands and mix the strips well together. Sprinkle salt and pepper on. Melt the margarine light brown on a pan and compress the potato and carrot strips into a large pancake. Muffin the heat and pour the pancake approx. 10 minutes.
Find a firewood that fits the forehead. Put it over the forehead and turn over the pancake. Use a pan. Let the pancake slip back on the forehead and step it for 10 minutes on the other side.
