2Small or 1 large Leek (s) into slices
30gButter
400gCauliflower into florets
6-7dlVegetable stock

To prepare the Simple cauliflower soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the cauliflower and the pears until they have taken light color and there aromas.
Pour the broth on, the vegetables must barely be covered and simmer for 15-20 minutes under the lid. Pour extra moisture on if there is a lot of loss.
Blend the soup until it is creamy. Taste with pepper.

Top soup with roasted skin.
