Instructions for Shrimp with onion and eggs
To prepare the Shrimp with onion and eggs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté the onions in a saucepan until soft, but not brown. Sample cooler slightly and Add shrimp. Then add Curry, until the mass has a light orange colour and smell good by Curry. (you can decide for yourself how strong the Court must be)
The mass is poured up in small refractory bowls and an egg seasoned with a little salt and pepper poured into each bowl. (either whipped or whole as the yolk and white.)
The bowls are put into the oven at 200 degrees and Bake until the egg is stiff and browned on the surface.
Tips:
It's good to have something at the table to keep around the small bowls that course is served in, as they are very hot.
