Instructions for Shrimp Soup 02
To prepare the Shrimp Soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tag 20-25 shrimp from to garnish.
Came the rest of the shrimp and shallots in a blender and blend to a thick puree. Melt the butter in a pan and gently FRY pureen herein. Add the tomato paste (rinse the canister in a bit of fish broth) and mix the rest of the broth, let the soup simmer under a lid in. ca. 10 minutes.

Tips:
Deep-frozen shrimps are used they must be easily thawed and used fresh shrimp boil shrimp shells of in fish broth is filtered before being used for shrimp soup.
