Ingredients for Shrimp mousse

3-4 | tbsp | Dry sherry |

Instructions for Shrimp mousse
To prepare the Shrimp mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the shrimp into small pieces and mix them with sherry and fintklippet dill in a bowl. Let it stand and pull a couple of hours. Friend them on and off.
Put husblasen to soak in plenty of cold water 8-10 minutes. Press the free from water and melt it in a thick-bottomed saucepan over low heat.
Brush 8 molds with oil whip the cream very stiff, flip the shrimp mixture into and the gelatine in red, in a thin beam.
