Ingredients for Shrimp in shell

1 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |
2 | tbsp | Cream |
2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
2.5 | dl | Broth |
250 | g | Fresh mushroom |
3 | tbsp | White wine |
30 | g | Grated emmentallerost |
500 | g | Fresh shrimp or 150 g frozen shrimp |
Instructions for Shrimp in shell
To prepare the Shrimp in shell recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook and dart the fresh shrimps. The frozen ones must be washed up. Sprinkle some salt over and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Clean the fresh mushrooms and chop them roughly or cut them into thin slices. Chop them for 2 minutes in 2 tablespoons. Butter on a pan.

Bake butter and flour with broth. Boil the sauce well and taste it with salt and white wine. Whip the egg yolk with cream and stir it in the sauce to heat up with no boil.
Mix the shrimp and mushrooms in. Spread it into 4 greased shells or ovenproof molds, sprinkle the fried cheese and grated on. Place butterflakes on top and put the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees C
