Ingredients for Shrimp in cabbage

Good brown bread
Corn flour jævning
Pepper
Salt
1tbspGarlic/chili (chili paste)
1cupKetchup (optional but beauvais is good)
1Medium white cabbage
1tbspPaprika
2dlKyllingbouillon
2Shallots, diced
2-3tbspFish sauce (to taste)
3tbspOil
300gFrozen shrimp
3-4Carrots

Instructions for Shrimp in cabbage

To prepare the Shrimp in cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the cabbage into coarse strips. Share the carrots lengthwise and cut them into 3 cm long oblique slices Roast cabbage in oil in a good wok with good heat. It may get a little color. In a Pan fry the onion and carrots in a little oil with paprika and garlic/chili until almost tender.

Pour it all into the wok along with the broth and ketchup and fish sauce and simmer, covered, until you thought it is finished (It must be like to have a little bite.) When you thought it is nearing completion pushes you it all up along the inside of the wok and væden with corn flour thickens the prawns add some minutes before serving.

Season with salt and pepper if necessary fish sauce. Serve with good thick slices coarse rye bread and a cold beer.
