Instructions for Sherry-chocolate Mousse
To prepare the Sherry-chocolate Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath. Remove the bowl and let it cool slightly while stirring. Stir the egg yolks at one time and then the sherry. Whip the whites stiff and stir 1/3 in the chocolate. Gently fold the rest in. Distribute the mousse into serving form. Decorate with a flak of whipped cream and a little chocolate curls or sprinkle.
