Instructions for Shepherds Pie 03
To prepare the Shepherds Pie 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the cooked potatoes to mash with egg, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Cut the vegetables finely and fry them in oil with added Curry. Then add the beef forcemeat. When it is browned, add Bouillon, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and pour into a heat-proof platter. Kartoffelmosen added on top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over and put a few dabs of butter on top. Bake in the oven v 200 gr in 45 min
