To prepare the Sharon Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fruit in the middle and free it for any cores. Take the meatloaf out of the shells with a spoon and mash it with a fork. Stir sugar and lemon juice in the puree. Whip the cream and egg whites stiff. First turn the whipped cream in, then the whipped egg whites. Spread the mousse into a serving glass and sprinkle the lemon peel over.
