Ingredients for Sesame-steaked salmon with cucumber cream

2 | tbsp | Sour cream |
2 | tbsp | Drained yoghurt |
2 | slices | Rye bread with flaxseed |
20 | g | Sesame seeds |
250 | g | Salmon fillet without skin and bones |

To prepare the Sesame-steaked salmon with cucumber cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tear the cucumber on the rough side of a grater and sprinkle with a little salt. Let the cucumber strips stand for 10 minutes.
Stir in the meantime cream fry and yoghurt together in a bowl. Bring the cucumber in a sieve and squeeze the juice. Turn the crushed cucumber into the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the salmon into small mundane pieces, approx. 2x3 cm. Turn the pieces into sesame seeds and put them in oil on a hot forehead approx. 1 min on all four sides at medium heat.
Eat the salmon pieces with the cucumber cream and rye bread next to it.
tips:
It is clearly possible to use fish other than salmon. Try hake, hills or light bark. It's not hard to vary - just hear the fisherman and he will not fillet a piece of fish and remove all the legs.
