To prepare the Sesame Potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Not too large peeled potatoes are scratched on the long side, but only so deep that they still hang together at the bottom (a small meatpin can be stuck through the bottom of the potato, avoiding the potato being cut through). Brush with oil and sprinkle with finely sliced raspberries and sesame seeds. Calculate 2 tablespoons of rasp and 3 tablespoons sesame seeds for 12-14 potatoes. Place the potatoes in a greased dish and bake at 190º for approx. 1 hour. Drip a few times during baking with melted butter.
