To prepare the Sesambag hake with roasted beans and garlic beurre blanc recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mussel fillets are cut into suitable pieces, turn into sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for approx. 12 min. At 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
The beans are rinsed and shaken easily on a pan.
Smooth the lid and put into a saucepan, lightly shake, add white wine and cook to 1/3 part. The butter is added and the sauce must not boil. When the butter is melted, add finely chopped garlic and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Serve the dish with new Danish potatoes.
