		Icing sugar
1.5	tsp	Ground cloves
1.5	dl	Sour milk or cream
2		Eggs
2	tbsp	Chopped candied orange peel
3	dl	Wheat flour (180 g)
3	dl	Granulated sugar (250 g)
3	tsp	Bicarbonate of soda
35	g	Peeled chopped almonds
50	g	Butter or margarine to form

Instructions for Seasoning 06

To prepare the Seasoning 06 recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Lubricate the mold
2. Mix flour, soda, spices and flour.
3. Add orange peel and almonds.
4. Whip egg yolks and milk in the flour mixture. Add the melted grease.
5. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them into the dough.
6. Pour the dough into the greased shape and baking the cake for approx. 45min at 175-200 degrees.
7. Let the cake swell into the mold.
8. Place a little flour on the cake before serving.

tips:
The 175-200 degrees are at alm. oven.
