To prepare the Seasoned fritters with sesame seeds recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 225 degrees - 200 degrees at hot air.
Wash and scrub the potatoes well. Half them and cut each half into 0.5 - 1 cm slices.
Pour the oil into a small bowl. Turn the potatoes into the oil. Add sesame seeds, oregano, salt and pepper to your liking.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and pour the potatoes on it. Dry if necessary. With extra sesame seeds.
Bake the potatoes for 30 - 45 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices.
Server with a delicious dressing touched of Greek yogurt, squeezed garlic fat, salt and pepper.
tips:
Add if necessary. More sesame seeds. Super delicious and easy to make. Cut the slices even thinner and enjoy the potatoes as a snack for Friday's sake
