Ingredients for Scones
optional | 75 g raisins (1.5 dl.) or 50 g chopped dark chocolate | |
0.5 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | Eggs | |
1.5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
1.5-2 | tsp | Baking soda |
1-2 | tbsp | Sugar |
300 | g | Wheat flour (5dl) |
75 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Scones
To prepare the Scones recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven of 225 c
Mix flour, baking soda, sugar and salt together in a bowl
Cut butter into small pieces. Crumble it in the flour mixture with your fingers, so it will look like grated cheese.
Beat the egg into a small bowl and whip it with a fork. Bring coiled egg and cream fry into the bowl. Easily dough together. The dough must be light and soft without sticking. Either possibly. Raisins or small pieces. Chocolate in.
Sprinkle flour on the table. Roll the dough to a thickness of approx. 2 cm with a rolling pin / cake roll.
Slice the dough with a spout or a glass with a diameter of 5-6 cm. Place the circles on a baking sheet with baking paper. Brush with coiled egg.
The baking tray is placed in the middle of the oven and baked for about 15 minutes. Till they are golden.
