To prepare the Schweizerpastiller recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites are whipped easily with a fork. Add the essence and the flour, until the dough is coherent and smooth. Tapped into small balls placed on baking paper. The beads are pressed lightly flat and allowed to dry. The chocolate is melted and placed in a parlor of parchment paper. Each pastil is served with a small "top" chocolate.
